How To Make Spanish Rice Recipe

 


This food is considered one of the most wonderful foods in our house, as my mother made it for us for the first time and we always ask her to make it for us because making it is very easy and its ingredients are widely available in every home and eating it for the first time will make you always make it for your family


Ingredients :


1 white onion
1 dash of vegetable oil
8 large red tomatoes
1 lb long grain white rice
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 can green peas (optional)
1 small diced carrTot
1 sprig fresh cilantro
1/2 cup weathered water
salt, cumin and garlic powder

Direction:

Heat vegetable oil in a huge pot over medium-high hotness and cook white rice until delicate, mixing often around 5 minutes. 

Add garlic powder, cumin, and hacked onion and cook until fragrant, around 1 moment. Mix the rice into the onion blend and cook until the rice is delicately toasted, around 3 minutes more.
