How To Make Good Ole Fashion Mac and Cheese


My grandmother made this wonderful dish and the whole family liked it and we always ask her to make it for us because it is easy to make and delicious, and the most beautiful thing is that the ingredients for this dish are in every home

Ingredients :

4 Tbsp salted butter
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 (370 mL/12 oz) cans evaporated milk
1/3 cup milk of choice
3 cups dry elbow macaroni
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 large eggs
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp paprika

1) Bring a huge pot of water to a bubble. Add salt and macaroni, and cook until still somewhat firm. 

2) Drain and return to the pot. 

3) Add in the spread and mix until the margarine is liquefied. Put away. 

4) In a huge bowl, combine as one the dissipated milk, milk, eggs and garlic salt until completely joined. 

5) In a different bowl, combine as one the cheeses. 

6) Preheat the stove to 375°F. Daintily splash a 9×13 inch baking container. 

7) Layer 1/3 of the macaroni, then, at that point, 1/3 of the cheddar. 

Rehash with the leftover macaroni and cheddar blend. 

9) Pour the milk blend up and over. Sprinkle the paprika uniformly on top. 

10) Bake in the preheated stove for 25-30 minutes.
