How To Make Blueberry Buttermilk Breakfast Cake


It is the best blueberry cake I have ever eaten in my life. Really very tasty and refreshing. My grandmother made it for us and I liked it very much, especially that it is easy and simple. You will definitely like it.

Ingredients :

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup of sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 egg
Zest of 1 lemon 
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preheat stove to 350 degrees f and margarine a 8-inch square dish. 

In a bowl, whisk mellowed margarine with lemon zing and sugar until cushy. 

Add vanilla concentrate and egg. 

In a huge bowl, join flour, salt, and baking powder. 

Coat blueberries with ¼ cup of the flour blend. 

Add remaining flour to the spread combination, rotating with buttermilk. 

Tenderly crease in blueberries.
